Garland's Lodge is nestled in Oak Creek Canyon, Arizona, north of Sedona. The Lodge is owned and run by Mary and Gary Garland. When Mary approached me to provide the photography for their book, I jumped at the chance. My time at Garland's Lodge was amazing. Mary and Gary Garland, and their staff made me feel most welcome, and allowed me total access to "capture life at the Lodge". Photographing Amanda Stine's culinary creations was a joy. Collaborating with the talented and patient designer, Carol Haralson made this one of my most favorite projects. These are some of the images from that body of work which represents the lodge, the garden and the cuisine, and hopefully the heart of Garland's Lodge.
